Return & Refund Policy – TrendZii

Thank you for shopping with TrendZii – Wear the Now. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our updated return and refund policy below.


Returns

We do not accept returns except if there is a defect in the material, print, or fabric.

To be eligible in such cases:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale or discounted items are final sale and not returnable.
  • If you believe you’ve received a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@trendzii.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll guide you through the return process.
  3. Once approved, you’ll need to ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the status.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? Reach out within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to assist with an exchange based on availability.
